Below you'll find some great options to help you through it. Getting started with modding can be a daunting prospect for new players.
I got MGE XE and MGSO 3.0 and I can’t figure out how to configure it to look like an ENB like everybody else somehow does.Welcome to r/Morrowind, a subreddit dedicated to Bethesda's 2002 open world RPG, the third installment in the The Elder Scrolls series. When applying new mods, don’t forget to enter the MGXE and generate distant land for any mods that contain large, static items…not necessary for the smaller item/character mods (I actually generate a far distance so I can see Red Mountain from Vivec some people like keeping more fog for the old feel, but I’ve played Morrowind for so many, many years, seeing a greater distance is calling my attention to so many new things!). Also, clean mods and files when things aren’t applying well. FYI: Many if the House Fliggerty mods send you to malicious attack sites now, so you’ll have to look elsewhere for those. That means for Vurts leafy West Gash…I only went with the roobrush and choke weed.
The Vurts landscaping was nice, but I almost always went for a more vanilla look because I am a longtime Morrowind player. I have never applied mods before, and I was able to get through most of it in a few days. I followed the Thastus Edition guide: Morrowind 2020 - Thastus Edition and found it to be worth my while.
