Jessica grew up in California most of her life. As an act of revenge, Emma/Chris kidnapped Jessica and put her in the back of her own car and drove it to the stadium where it would be crushed by Maero in his monster truck, but he wouldn't find out until Emma/Chris gave him the keys to her car. In return for Emma/Chris sabotaging Maero's tattoo ink with radioactive waste, Jessica took it upon herself to have Carlos kidnapped, chained to the back of a Brotherhood utility vehicle and dragged across town. But after the dispute between Emma/Chris and Maero over Maero's offer, Jessica came to realize they weren't to be trusted. Upon first meeting Emma/ Chris Maddleton and Carlos Mendoza, she was rather friendly towards them, mostly because she believed they would be allies as Maero also anticipated.
Not long after, she met Maero at a Feed Dogs concert and the pair eventually developed a relationship, in which she left behind her wealthy lifestyle to be with her boyfriend in Stilwater where she came to personally know Matt and Donnie Tso as she became a part of the Brotherhood,
